Following the July 2023 introduction of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 are expected to be released concurrently later this year. Online leaks have surfaced regarding Samsung’s upcoming foldable smartphones, despite the company not formally confirming any details.
The Galaxy Z Flip 6 may have better camera and display capabilities than its predecessor, and a recent report suggests that it might also have a bigger battery.
A leak from GalaxyClub states that a 4,000mAh battery is anticipated for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, which is a notable upgrade over the 3,700mAh battery that was present in the Galaxy Z Flip 5.
According to the report, the aggregate rated capacity of the two tested batteries for the rumoured smartphone is 3,887mAh, with one having a rated capacity of 1,097mAh and the other of 2,790mAh.
It is probable that the gadget will be sold with a standard 4,000mAh battery. It’s interesting to note that although the Samsung Galaxy S24 was just released, its listed battery capacity is 3,880mAh, but its typical battery capacity is 4,000mAh.
A 50-megapixel primary rear camera is anticipated for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, which is supposed to be a major upgrade over the dual 12-megapixel rear cameras of its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Flip 5, which also features a 10-megapixel front camera, according to earlier rumours. Thus far, no details regarding the Galaxy Z Flip 6’s front camera have been made public.
There are rumours that Samsung’s next clamshell foldable smartphone will have a bigger display than the Galaxy Z Flip 5, which is its predecessor. It is anticipated to have a cover screen measuring 3.9 inches, which is 0.5 inches bigger than the Galaxy Z Flip 5’s 3.4-inch Super AMOLED folder-shaped outer panel.
The Samsung Galaxy Z, in India, starts at Rs. 99,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model. The cost of the 8GB + 512GB version is Rs. 1,09,999. There are five colour options for this phone: Cream, Graphite, Mint, Lavender, and Yellow.
